Police and the family of a teenager who was reported missing from the Royal Welsh Show have said their concerns are growing for his welfare.

19-year-old James Corfield, from Montgomery, Powys, has been missing since around midnight on Monday (24 July).

A post on Dyfed-Powys Police's Twitter page says: "We are concerned for 19 year old James Corfield, missing from the YPV at the Royal Welsh Show. Please contact us on 101 with any information."

Cffi Maldwyn Montgomery Yfc said on a Facebook post: "James Corfield has not been seen at Royal Welsh since last night. The police have been informed.

"If anyone has had any sight of him or spoken to him at all in the last 24 hours please call his Mum on 07740 202254."

Posters have started going up around the Royal Welsh showground and in Builth Wells.
