The review of the Dairy Industry Code of Best Practice on Contractual Relationships (Voluntary Code) has extended the deadline for evidence.
Evidence may be submitted up until Thursday, April 17th.
Alex Fergusson, MSP, chairman of the review, said: “It is important that the review process is as thorough as possible and we want to give interested parties every opportunity to submit their evidence in a considered timescale, while maintaining the momentum of the review. We believe the new date will afford everyone the chance to contribute to what is an important process for the industry.”
If supplementary evidence is required, it will be requested by the review process.
