Siân Pritchard is the new managing director of Kuhn Farm Machinery (UK) Ltd, taking over at the UK headquarters in Telford following the retirement at the end of 2008 of long standing principal Bob Ellis.
Originally from Herefordshire, Ms Pritchard has spent most of her career to date working for Kuhn from its global headquarters in Saverne, France. During her 11 years with the company, she has fulfilled various roles across Europe, including export assistant and regional sales manager for Scandinavia, UK and Ireland.
Bob Ellis joined Kuhn UK in 1978 as an area sales manager and over his 30-year career with the company rose to become managing director in 2000. Kuhn UK achieved unprecedented growth during Mr Ellis’ time as managing director, increasing turnover approximately threefold during this period.
